In PERSON-TO-PERSON interaction, words and non-verbal cues reveal more about us than we might have imagined and, to an attentive observer – more than you would have wanted them to know. In the context of a COMPANY, they may (or may not) reveal the values and true intentions of people behind that business. However, the part where the most impressive transformation happens is within you. You versus yourself. The only person capable of permanently getting you in the state and life you want is YOURSELF!

By noticing things that most people do not, I combined everything I know and created a system that puts your life (and business) into your own hands. Some call it communication.
I call it systematic awareness, which starts with truly getting to knowing yourself and how to use it to run your own life, instead of letting it be run by someone else.

Most of MY CLIENTS are people who, just like me, are EFFICIENCY freaks ready to take legit shortcuts if those bring them to the desired destination FASTER. Most of them are overachievers who are good at their work and everything they do. They are dedicated and play full out (or they think they do), but are not happy with the result they're getting out of life.

Where am I getting all that?
It's a mix of notions that I was born with, raised with and the things I've read and learned. In fact, reading and learning is mostly what I've been doing all my life. And I'm not that young at this point, so, imagine A LOT of reading and learning...

Here're some more facts. I've been working with words, texts and languages for more than two decades as a translator, interpreter an copywriter, and now also communication advisor. Those who are into papers and diplomas, praise my professional bachelor's degree in Translation and master’s degree in Strategic Management and PR Management specializing in emotional intelligence in business leaders.

I see myself as an entrepreneur at heart. At work, I'm most happy when I can work on my own projects and business ideas, some of those fly and others don't (the second kind has taught me the most). 

Occasionally, I go and work for someone else where I learn things I wouldn't be able to learn any other way. Two most powerful touchpoints:
IKEA Latvia where I was ensuring its smooth entry in the local market in terms of linguistic representation, learning the nitty-gritty of Marketing in retail;
Nordic Council of Ministers' Office in Latvia, where I was brought into the world of international diplomacy working with embassies and state officials in the Nordic and Baltic countries and beyond. 

I'm convinced that we’re all supposed to work (and live) for the greater, common good. I manifest that through living in the state of awareness and showing others how to do the same. Basically, it's about smooth and efficient route to simple, pleasant life and fulfilling relationships with oneself, with others, with the world and on all levels of your business.
