Intellectual property of Laika periodika Ltd. (MIRUSKINA.COM or BLUE CAT EDIT)

2. All and any information, design and content, including, but not limited to logo, graphics, images, videos and PDF and other materials, is the intellectual property of Laika periodika Ltd. and is protected by the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Latvia.
3. All and any digital training courses, video, PDF and other materials published on the online training platform Thinkific Labs Inc. (hereinafter – Thinkific) is the intellectual property of Laika periodika Ltd. and is protected by the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Latvia.
4. It is prohibited to use in any way the intellectual property owned by Laika periodika Ltd. by copying, publishing or forwarding it without the written permission of intellectual property of Laika periodika Ltd., including the following:
         - It is prohibited to film, screen, photograph, distribute, copy videos published on the websites miruskina.com and bluecatedit.com and on YouTube;
         - It is prohibited to copy, publish, share digital courses published in the online training platform Thinkific that include all and any videos, PDF and other materials, logo without the written permission of intellectual property of Laika periodika Ltd.
   
5. It is prohibited to fully or partially reproduce, publish, republish any content named here and on the website miruskina.com and bluecatedit.com. Depending on the character and consequences of the breach of the rights the infringer shall be held responsible following the legal procedure set by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
